Queue Challenge: May Update

I know what you’re thinking: “Hey, Emma! I haven’t seen one of these in a while,” and you are right. That’s because I have had no new finishes before this month. But hey! That’s why I picked this challenge. It’s literally impossible to have backwards progress (even though no progress means no posts…).

The new completed queue number is…

8.

Two whole queue finishes this month! I didn’t even have any not-queue finishes this month, so that’s kind of a plus.

machine knit socks

First was my first pair of machine knit socks. This yarn came from deep, deep in the stash. It was on clearance back in my Hancock days. So, it especially counts, I say! I do love the 70s pink and avocado going on; I’ve been calling them my Elphaba/Glinda socks. They’re also extremely comfortable, so was a perfect choice for these mildly wonky socks.

Second finish was this hat, which is going to have it’s own post here soon. It has a wild story that is not yet complete.

I will say, feeling a lot better about this challenge. I have had a huge burst of crafting energy solely dedicated to finishing up some WIPs and Make Nine projects. I think this time next month, I will have a lot to say about this challenge!
