Funny enough, just as I would be if Faire had gone on, I’m pretty sick of spinning now.
The good news is I don’t have to, now! I finished up my Spin Together competition. It wasn’t my best, I didn’t even make the mile, but I had at least something to turn in to my team: 1216 yards and a crazy skien.

Of course, I finished the money yarn. The other skiens are the Horned Dorset sock yarn for Shave ’em to Save ’em and random long wools that I tailspun.
Since I was so done with spinning after that, I switched to a fun crochet project for a spooky game night on Sunday.

A few bubble friends got all fancy for a couple rounds of Mysterium. I leaned hard into my “Arachnid Queen” look, and so made myself a set of spiderweb mitts.

With help from my friend Freddie, I also made this spiderweb mask, which I love.

With just one more “Faire” weekend to go, I find myself missing it less and less, so that is great.
You look AMAZING!! You both do!! Now that you are done spinning wool, you can start spinning your web…bwahahahhahaha!
