“That’s what all the people say…” I don’t have much crafty stuff to report in this post, because a lot of not-crafty stuff happened recently.

I got my first dose of the vaccine! And you know that I knit during the 15 minute holding period.
I’m also in the process of transitioning jobs, which is equal parts exciting and exhausting. To that end, all I have to share is some progress on my Mitten Challenge and Tee Party projects.

I decided on the Sage Mittens pattern (Ravelry link) for my CVM mittens and cast on the first one during the introductory talk with Deborah Robson. She is a wealth of knowledge, let me tell you. In spite of the mark against my WIP challenge, I am very happy I joined in on this challenge.

The tee was also cast on this last weekend (That’s what I was swatching during the vaccine holding period). Em, from the shop, said in the party forums that “this top is going to be dreamy!” And she is right!! The cotton and the linen together are just *chef’s kiss.* The swatch was a joy to knit, and I’m hoping that, in spite of the much larger number of stitches, that the tee will be as well.
If it wasn’t already obvious that I’m lacking a bit of inspiration these days, I’d love to hear what you’re working on. Let me know in the comments, or tag your posts on Instagram with #fiberadventures!
