Last weekend was the annual MOPACA show at Hale Arena. It’s always a highlight of my year, because it always falls around my birthday. Alpaca goodies make great birthday gifts!
Of course you get to see alpacas! They’re so adorable:
There’s always a great selection of vendors, too. Here’s what I walked away with this year:
A gorgeous gray alpaca/mohair blend, lace weight, a mill-end alpaca called “No Yarn Left Behind,” and some black alpaca with blue-violet sparkles in it. They’re all amazing!
The other great thing about MOPACA is it’s another opportunity to see my fiber friends! Here’s Chrissy, me. Mom, and Marci demoing for the KC area fiber guild.
