But first, yesterday was FahrOut Fiber Adventures’ second birthday! Part of me can’t believe I’m still writing after two years, but this blog has gone a slightly different direction than what I first intended. That shows growth and creativity, though, right? I hope so, at any rate.
If you would have told me two years ago I would be doing a recurring segment about being stuck at home that lasted 112 days, not sure I’d have believed you. Here we are, though, still trucking along, and I’m excited to show you what I’ve been working on the last couple of weeks.
Good news, I did finish my June Camp Loopy project about an hour before the midnight deadline. Since I was already up, I figured I’d wait a bit and start the July project. It’s a Drive In Movie shawl. I’m in the “Botany Lab” this month, since my colors are called Birch and Sumac.
My other new cast on is my Lady Dye Yarns Juneteenth project. I love the colors in this project, and I’m excited to get back to it.

I also had some fun stash-diving this week for two new, similar projects. Any guesses what I’m up to?
Finally, here are the two current WIPs. The crop has been in the mix too long. I’d love to have it to wear before the end of July.

What are you working on? Or have you had any stellar finishes lately? Let me know in the comments!
Happy 2nd birthday! Your knits look super!
