Stay-at-home orders may be lifting, but I (fortunately, I keep telling myself) will be home for a while longer.
When I wrote my post about the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival, I wished I was writing this post instead. I thought I had so much going on. Now that I’m finally writing this post, I’m having a hard time remembering what I’ve worked on over the last week and a half.
Most of my time has gone to a new cast-on that has to be a complete surprise. You might be able to make a guess on why, based on the calendar, but I’ll give you some hints as to what it could be: I’m using size 3 needles, as well as size 11, and the yarns have no names. Give me your best guess in the comments.
I finally finished the ribbing on the Baby Yoda hat, so my straight rib time has been dedicated to my My Little Secret Crop Top.
And I am so close to being done with my Wonderful Wallaby! It’s only taking me four years…
After I finish that, it’s full-speed ahead on the scarf, but I’m not totally sure what I’ll cast on after that. I should finish a class sample, since I have no clue when I’ll start teaching in person again, and I should be prepared. That’s no fun, though. I’m torn between a cabled hot water bottle cozy, a summer tank, a market bag, or handspun, fingerless mitts.
What should I cast on next? Let me know in the comments!
hmmm…what is your secret project??

I made the Ilene Bag in a pink cotton. I loved this pattern and it is great for the farmers market.
