I’m very proud to say that I PR’ed this Tour!
I kept the goal managable, since that’s just my theme this summer (Still managed to craft every day in July for Practical Magic!). My only real goal was to finish plying my hodge-podge Ply Away samples yarn from 2018 (…). My reach goal was to ply it all on one massive turtle.
I spun a lot more than I expected. I spun in bars. I spun poolside. I spun with the other lovely members of Team Yarn Social. I also had to keep spinning the day after the tour wrapped, but most importantly, I finished my yarn! AND I got it all on in one turtle!!

I was so thrilled with it, I immeadiately wound it once the yarn dried from setting the twist (maybe a full 18 hours after I finished plying the whole thing). I thought it was pretty in the skien, but I think it’s GORGEOUS in a cake.
Then I sat for hours on Ravelry and Pinterest trying to figure out what this skein wanted to be (because I was itching to cast it on immeadiately, even though I have an insane number of WIPs in my home…). I’m very sure I found it, so stay tuned for the thrilling finale of this fluff-to-stuff project!
